Over on the The Register is a report that HP is using the DMCA to attack security experts for releasing vulnerabilities in their software.

Dont Link has some interesting corporate linking policies....

The RIAA website got hacked - probably by those no good music thieves again.  Hmmm, maybe I should show some good propoganda as well...  Don't want to be biased, do we?

Just noticed this on Slashdot - seems the Bush administration sees the benefit of hackers...

Just for clarity, the RIAA site was DoS'd...as opposed to penetrated/compromised/0wn3d/whathaveye.

I hate to see this kind of thing happen, but if it has to happen to anyone...  let it be them. ;D
