Ziff Davis Is having financial trouble, and may be declaring bankruptcy.  A major blow to the computer and computer gaming magazine industry.  Hopefully they will pull through, or all of us geeks will have to rely on Wired for our computer porn.

A new version of America's Army has been released.  It adds on the Marksman pack.


Also, you can Preorder GTA3: VICE CITY for the PS2.  News on the site makes it sound like Rockstar Games is pulling a boner and not releasing it on PC.  Sony exclusive for 2 years.  Thats uncool.  Like anyone that doesn't have a PS2 is going to buy one just for that game.


HP backed off of its DMCA threat against the hacker.  Maybe they got the point.  I imagine they picked up just a few nasty-grams from Slashdot!
