I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

a.) Parent's fault if the kids don't know the difference between game and reality.
b.) Definitely pre-meditated if kids had to breeak into a locked closet to get the guns
c.) Again Parent's fault for not teaching the kids proper responsibility of gun ownership.  Kids obviously had some gun training if they were able to load, turn the safety off, aim, and successfully hit a moving target.  I'm not the biggest fan of BoyScouts these days, but at least they rammed it into your brain a million times that you never point a gun at another human before they even let you pick up an air rifle.

Final analysis...  these kids were gay, and therefore were unable to get proper gun training from the local Boy Scout council.  Let Sony of the hook and sue the BSA.

They could be Atheists.  Atheists aren't allowed in BSA either.  (Which makes it a CHURCH Organization and should remove it's government funding, but I won't get into that)
