Click the "Uploader" button at the top of the forum page. This will open a second window. Browse for the file you want to post, and click the upload button. Notice you can upload as many as five pictures at a time. You do not have to upload five pics if you don't want to. Ignore any fields you don't need.

After you click the upload button, wait until your upload is complete. You will then be given the opportunity to copy the image location from a text field (or you will see an error if you file was not uploaded for some reason).

Copy everything - [ img ]http://imagelocation[ /img ].
Paste it into your new message.

If you want to link to it, just type in the link, or copy just the image location without the [ img ][ /img ] part.

how do you post an image from the desktop and not a http?

You send it to me and I post it.

Notice the attachments are gone.
I'll have to figure out - hopefully with Yabbse support - whats wrong with them.

Karma is a way of controlling board access. I don't have that part turned on, but if I did and your Karma gets too low, you start losing access to forums... An Applaud gives you a +1 a Smite gives -1.

I like the idea, but there needs to be a method for moderating abuse...

Right now it doesn't do anything. There's no abusability.
Rory, I haven't turned it on for non-admins yet. I wanted to see what it did first.

Thank you. I just returned the favor. I will cease my post count whoring however its just been good to actually talk at work. Verbal communication is frowned on here. Everyone is super sensitive and pc. I miss being able to yell at Anthony as lous as I wanted to.
